I produce e-newsletters, articles, blog posts, fact sheets, white papers, case studies, and other written content for drug and alcohol treatment centers and other behavioral healthcare providers. This is how it works:
We’ll begin with a free, get-to-know-you call. I’ll ask you a few questions about your business, your content needs, goals, backgrounds, preferences, and so on (and you can ask me as many questions as you like).
I do any necessary research and fact-checking using university websites and other authoritative sources.
I write quality content, always original and never plagiarized.
I double and triple check for accuracy and grammatical correctness.
I do a quick search to determine the best keywords that will help search engines find you and boost your ranking with Google.
I create an attention-catching title.
I select a colorful image for each article.
We send a draft of your article to your for your approval.
We revise, if necessary, until you are 100 percent satisfied. If it just doesn’t work for you, just tell us and we’ll refund your money. (Article is returned to us).
The process for newsletters works like this:
Following our get-to-know-you call, we’ll work together to determine the general focus of your newsletter, along with details such as length, frequency of publication, etc.
We create an editorial calendar based on our discussion.
We come up with a few possible titles for your newsletter; you pick your favorite.
We design a template that matches your website.
You provide us with an email list.
We’ll give you a call a couple of weeks before publication date. We’ll discuss topics and any other concerns you may have. (If you don’t have topics in mind, give us a general direction and we’ll take it from there.)
We’ll write and edit the copy, drop articles into the template and add an image to each article.
We’ll send you a draft about a week before the publication date.
Once you’re happy with the newsletter, we’ll double and triple check to make sure everything is A-Okay.
A few days after publication, we’ll send you a brief document that lets you know how about open rates, unsubscribes, new subscribers and shares.
